China Global Lines Limited

(China Global) was established in August 1999 with 10 persons. Over the years, we progressively expanded into a national wide company with over 200 professionals in worldwide. The main business scope of China Global includes sea and airfreight forwarding, custom clearance, trucking, distribution, buyer consolidation, project cargo transportation and logistics service, especially that we are also expert in handling firework shipment.

China Global with Headquarter located in Hong Kong, branch and associated offices located strategically in key cities of China, such as Shenzhen, Foshan, Xiamen, Shanghai and Ningbo, France, Belgium, etc…

In 2002, China Global set up a joint venture “Norfram-Geotrans” in Marseilles, France. In 2008, Norfram Geotrans re-named to “Manuport Marseilles”, since the parent company of Norfram logistics “Manuport Group” merged with Australian public listed company “Babock & Brown Infrastructure” in 2007.

In 2004 to 2007, China Global invested over 10 million RMB, to obtained Class A & NVOCC license in China through CEPA, and trade under the name “CGL Flying Fish Logistics (Shanghai) Limited”, which legally provide full range of logistics services throughout China.

In 2005, China Global cooperated with Norfram Logistics to establish a Sales and Marketing joint venture company “CGL Norfram Logistics Limited” (Now named as “CGL Manuport Logistics Limited”) to focus business development between China and Europe. European sales and marketing professional are deployed in China to serve the European shipping public in China.

In Mid 2008, we establish CGL Flying Fish Logistics (Ningbo) Ltd that focus to provide LCL consolidation service to shipping public. Presently, we make around 100 TEUS consolidation boxes monthly mainly to Middle East, Europe and Asia. We have good expertise and in good position to co-operate with oversea agent to develop LCL consolidation service.

In late 2008, we establish CGL Eastern Network Ltd that focus to provide air freight service to the shipping public, presently, we make around 100 tons air cargo monthly mainly to Middle East, Africa and South America. All the key managers of CGL Eastern Network have long experience and great expertise in the air freight industry that will provide quality service and cost saving air freight service to overseas agents and customers.

Venture with foreign logistics giants perfects our oversea network enabling us to provide tailor-made service to satisfy local requirements of customer in foreign countries.
